**What You’ll Do**:
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated and driven Communications Manager reporting to Director-Human Resources. You would act as trusted advisor to the ANZ HR and NZ Leadership and their teams across a diverse range of Communications initiatives.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies that build brand awareness, knowledge management and employee engagement.
- Work with the leadership teams to lead internal communications across ANZ
- Manage and develop internal communication channels to create & curate engaging content across ELT communications, townhalls, newsletters, organizational change, pitches, presentations and briefing documents.
- Ideate, pitch, source and write impactful and engaging content that helps to share the business strategy, culture, values, perspective, purpose and vision.
- Create awareness and engagement for employee events, People, Culture & Learning initiatives such as our Employee Experience, Engagement Surveys, and educate on notable developments from across various parts of the organisation.
- Enhance our communications capability through research, training, insights and storytelling.

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful you will ideally have:

- You will be be equally as comfortable being strategic and hands-on.
- With a collaborative style, gravitas and sophisticated communication and influencing skills across a broad range of audiences and stakeholder relationships, you’ll be highly adaptable in what can be a complex landscape.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (such as media or communications) or significant experience in a similar role.
- Be proactive and eager to work across all aspects of communications with a positive 'can do' attitude.
