**About The role**:
The ERP Platform Technology Services Manager will lead a technical leadership team and technical group responsible for the delivery of ERP Platform Technical Functions such as Security, Development, Integration, Basis and Service Management. This role will be responsible for setting vision, objectives, technical standards, behaviours, and ways of working to create a high-performance technical group.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and role-model customer focus by treating all internal and external customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
- Model and lead performance excellence and values-based culture in line with the clients Leadership Blueprint.
- Manage a technical leadership team to set vision, objectives, culture, and ways of working to create a high-performance technical group and culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and govern technical team delivery of problem and incident management, minor enhancement and project technical change across vendor, ERP Platform teams, ISB resolver groups and ICT Service Centre.
- Be a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders and an advocate for the ISB Group - understand business stakeholder vision, strategy, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate business outcomes into a technology and service roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned to broader platform and value stream strategy.
- Work with business and ISB stakeholders to define and scope new work. Ensure value/benefits are identified and incorporated into delivery planning via a prioritised backlog. Track and communicate value delivered.
- Provide internal consulting advice to business and ISB stakeholders - harnessing SAP capabilities and best practice processes to meet business needs and exceed expectations.
- Oversee the health, resilience, stability, and operational performance of the ERP Platform, including ensuring compliance with relevant technology risk, security, hygiene and resilience standards.
- Define, maintain and drive the platform’s technical target state architecture ensuring it aligns with the overall platform strategic vision and roadmap.
- Manages and monitors all aspects of Application Support Provider service delivery including ongoing performance of the vendors against SLAs and contractual arrangements. Facilitates service review and operations management governance forums.
- Ensure the SAP systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment compliant to SAP best practice, privacy, segregation of duties practice, and Queensland Audit Office (QAO) guidelines.
- Communicates MSP operational and strategic performance with the Service Delivery Manager and MSP as part of MSP Operations Management and MSP Service Review governance forums.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act -to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.
- Creates competitive and breakthrough plans for innovation; generates an attitude of enthusiastic expectancy in others regarding change and challenge.
- Demonstrated significant experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments across technical, ICT architecture and/or service management roles using ITIL & Agile/DevOps Practic
