**About the Role**:
As part of the Enterprise & Global Corporate Functions Technology team, you will report directly to the Platform Manager for Non-ERP Platforms and will provide People Leadership aligned to BHP’s Charter Values and Leadership Behaviors for both the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Collaboration Platform teams. Additionally you will contribute to the operational stability, demand management and capacity planning for both Platform areas and provide a key point of accountability for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in Perth or Brisbane.

In this role, your key accountabilities will include:

- Providing People Leadership for both the ECM and Collaboration Platform team’s which are comprised of both internal BHP employees and partner team members
- Contribute to technical guidance and oversight pertaining to the operational support, lifecycle management, demand management and strategic planning associated with specific technologies in the ECM and Collaboration technical domains
- Shaping and delivering technical roadmaps to improve and enhance the value and usability of platform services, through self-service practices and frameworks
- Engage with stakeholders in the key business areas to understand business roadmap and impact on platforms
- Compliance to Regulatory, Organisational and Cyber standards

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Document Management systems / projects ideally with Documentum or similar Platforms
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Microsoft 365 services inclusive of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and associated supporting capabilities
- Ability to manage conflicts/issues to effectively and efficiently agree priority requirements with the business/end users.
- Your ability to build and maintain key, trusted relationships will be critical to your success
- You will have exceptional planning skills with a focus on attention to detail, be action oriented and results driven. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills make you adept at managing stakeholders through operational support and minor works
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
- Demonstrates an ability to identify key / critical working relationships within and across teams and promote the effective development of these relationships.
- Ability to work with globally spread diverse team of in-house and outsourced professionals by establishing a strong team of teams and delivery culture rooted in BHP’s charter values

**Desirable Skills**
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related (STEM) discipline is desirable.
- Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices
- Ability to lead change within BHP and partner ecosystem.
