**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory effectively
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for Italian cuisine and culture is highly desirable
