Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, Bojangles', Inc. is a growing restaurant operator and franchisor known for serving high-quality, craveable Southern recipes. Bojangles' prepares all of its proprietary menu items from scratch, with no microwaves in its restaurants. The core menu features famous chicken, made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits, flavorful fixin's, and Legendary Iced Tea steeped the old-fashioned way. Bojangles' breakfast menu is served fresh every day and offers a variety of biscuit sandwiches. With approximately 800 locations throughout the southeast U.S., Bojangles' continues to expand and delight customers with its unique flavors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in the Charlotte Metro area. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include financial management, budget planning, and implementing company policies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management, operations, and staff supervision
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus
