We are a boutique property agency, based in Double Bay, with a small team, flexible working environment and a desire to find a junior property manager who would like to kick-start their role in the property industry.

Attitude is everything It’s important to us that you have the right outlook and want to be part of our growing team and learn everything you need to know about property management. This could also be a stepping stone to a sales role in the future if you have an interest in progressing a multifaceted role in real estate.

This is a junior position so we will provide all necessary training. This role is open to everyone but we envisage that this would suit:

- A current administration or executive assistant looking to combine their current skills with a property role.
- Someone looking to forge a role in property, whether that be an end goal of property management or sales.
- Someone already working in a junior property management role.

**The role**

With the guidance of the managing director and senior property manager, this role would:

- Complete general administration tasks.
- Undertake important sales and leasing documentation.
- Autonomously attend ingoing and outgoing inspections for managed properties.
- Complete routine inspections.
- Manage repairs and maintenance for managed properties.
- Manage processes around rental increases and lease renewals.
- Capture social media content whilst out and about (as required), with direction from the marketing manager.

**Desired and required skills and attributes**
- Exceptional organisation, time management and administration skills.
- A current real estate certificate or a willingness to undertake a short course to achieve this qualification.
- A desire to work and progress in the property sector with a goal to grow with the business.
- A car and a current Australian driver’s licence.
- An ability to work Saturday.
- Certificate of Registration (minimum).

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
