**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Position Overview**
The KAM role will work across the broad Organon portfolio, focusing largely on biosimilars, yet flexing to other brands and priorities as needed by the commercial business. The KAM role will work across retail pharmacy, engaging with banner groups as well as individual pharmacies to position Organon brands at varying stages from launch to loss of exclusivity.
The role may also work with pharmacy and hospitals as key accounts to position Organon products for formulary listings and tender submissions. They will act with a clear sense of ownership, connecting broadly internally and externally to focus on deliveries company objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities**
Primary Activities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide knowledge, insights, tactical suggestions, training, on a national basis, on how to optimize our efforts in the market.
- Evaluate the potential and develop strategies to realize the potential of the Hospital Key Accounts and individual pharmacies.
- Ensuring achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory.
- Ensuring that sales team have the information necessary - and support to execute the plans.
**Tasks**
- Providing clear direction on expected product availability to key customers.
- Engaged external stakeholders to maximize product reach and ensure access.
- Suggest and feed into cross functional team activities to leverage area plan of action, on-going projects and customer needs.
- Informing internal partners on area business needs, sharing information on on-going projects.
- Identify market trends and important information in the healthcare environment to drive growth opportunities with customers.
- Execute promotional programs and brand / franchise messages to the targeted segment.
- Support the supply planning process for your portfolio with updates on demand and supply considerations.
- Handle routine follows up and customer enquiries.
- Work with internal stakeholders from Medical Business Unit to support with training and other engagements as required.

**Experience**
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales and / or marketing experience
- Relevant therapeutic area knowledge and customer experience
**Education / Certificates**
Degree qualified Bachelor of Marketing/ Economics or related/other disciplines.
