They are currently seeking a talented RESERVATIONS AGENT to join their dynamic team.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be process all FIT reservations courteously, quickly and accurately for the purpose of meeting and exceeding the expectations of hotel guests.
- Answer all reservation enquiries individually and enthusiastically following hotel communication guidelines
- Process all reservations, cancellations and amendments to bookings in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate any guest special requests to appropriate department(s) and follow up
- to make certain the request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest’s wishes

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous Reservations experience within a Hotel environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective & creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively, calmly & productively under pressure
- Positive & enthusiastic team-oriented person
