Join this Private Equity-backed company as their Head of Digital on a part-time basis (2/3 days per week) and spearhead their digital strategies in collaboration with the founders and private equity-backed team.

We are working closely with a distinguished luxury D2C omnichannel retailer who is looking to evaluate their customer experience further. This is a contract role where you can support by shaping the digital strategy in collaboration with the marketing and digital team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in enhancing this brand's omnichannel offerings and elevate customer engagement.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative digital initiatives, aligning them with our luxury retail brand values.
- Maximise their online presence across various digital touchpoints.
- Utilise data analytics to drive insights and measure the impact of digital campaigns, informing continuous strategy improvements.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Senior-level experience in retail and digital marketing, ideally within luxury retail, showcasing successful integration of retail insights into digital strategies.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and e-commerce, coupled with proficiency in digital analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
- Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of eCommerce sales, omnichannel marketing strategies, and transformation that have delivered growth across multi-channels including in-store, online, and digital marketing.
