**How will I help?**

The WIB Digital Team is responsible for enabling the WIB Digital Strategy by delivering new digital capability to our relationship managed customers and internal facing teams. A large part of this capability will be realised through delivery of the Westpac One platform. This is a new digital platform experience for relationship managed customers providing personalised access to real-time liquidity and payment solutions; lending, deposit and risk management tools; digitised onboarding and data-driven insights.

The Head of Strategy and Execution will join the team and be responsible for executing our strategy to service customers digitally, leveraging emerging technologies to offer a world class customer experience. You will be a trusted advisor to the Head of WIB Digital, managing the strategic and operating agenda of the business. You will enable business priorities by providing leadership, governance and implementation for key initiatives, and be a key part of the development and implementation of WIB’s strategy for Digital and Data Commercialism. In addition to this you will:

- Generate value for customers by driving continuous improvement, simplification and efficiency.
- Collaborate with and influence a broad range of stakeholders across WIB lines of business and across the Westpac Group.
- Influence and engage business and support areas across the division to ensure alignment and delivery of change initiatives.
- Support management decision-making, including business financials, budgets and reporting.
- Provide advice to the Head of WIB Digital based on a strong understanding of the business and its needs.
- Support the WIB Digital leadership team in delivering to their strategic imperatives and delivery roadmaps.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience working in the financial services industry, as well as experience working in a large and complex organisation. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and able to understand their viewpoints. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and working with cross functional teams. In addition to this you will:

- Have excellent communication and influencing skills required to manage significant relationships with stakeholders.
- Be an advocate for driving continuous improvement, simplification, and efficiency to create value for customers.
- Be able to provide informed base advice based on a deep understanding of the business.
- Have great problem-solving skills that can be applied in a dynamic work environment.
- Be confident addressing issues as they arise.
