After a number of recent client wins, we're reopening our starter program and are looking for our next batch of digital marketers to join Digital Minds.

This entry level role is the perfect chance to kickstart your career through a program that has trained countless graduates into current managers and directors within the business.

Established in 2011, we are an award-winning digital marketing agency, with a philosophy around no-nonsense and true collaboration allowing us to take immense pride in our ability to consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients.

In the past year we have seen growth across the business thanks to new client wins and are looking to take this up another level with multiple new hires heading into 2025.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to develop and execute strategic campaigns across social, search and programmatic.

This entry level role will provide you with hands-on training and practical experience as well as exposure to sophisticated digital marketing strategies that drive growth across paid media.

**Must-haves**:

- A strong desire to build/transition into a career in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Previous internship experience

**Nice-to-haves**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Experience with creative design platforms
