Laundry Assistant for Air Bnb Properties

OGStays is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Person to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the collection, washing, drying, and folding of linen from various Airbnb properties at local laundry mat. This role is vital in ensuring our properties are always equipped with fresh, clean linens for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect linen from designated Airbnb properties in Ocean Grove.
- Transport linen to the local laundromat.
- Wash, dry, and fold linens according to specific property requirements.
- Check labels and sort linens by size and type.
- Ensure all linens are folded and returned to the correct properties baskets.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure linens are clean and properly cared for. Reporting any stains or damage as you go.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within 2-3 hours daily.
- Availability to work additional hours during peak times such as summer, school holidays, and public holidays.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation for picking up and delivering linens.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
