Hourly Rate: $33.00 - $37.54 (WT 4A.1 - 4.3, based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector.

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and care by:
- Leading the daily operations of your learning environment and supporting your team of Educators.- Designing and implementing innovative educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.- Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children’s curiosity and development.- Mentoring and guiding Educators to uphold Busy Bees’ commitment to excellence and best practice.

What You’ll Need- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) or higher.- Minimum 3 years of industry experience.- Current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee).- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012).- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.- A collaborative, proactive, and growth-focused mindset.
