**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential portfolio team. In the role, you will assist with managing an apartment portfolio to ensure growth of the business and key stakeholders’ expectations are exceeded.

Note this is a full time role working Tuesday - Saturday

**A snapshot of the role**:
Attend to any customers and contractors with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times
Arranging and attending inspections with potential tenants
Creating listings and advertising apartments
Communicate with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
General administrative duties as specified by the Property Manager

You will be passionate about developing and progressing your real estate career, with a team who are passionate about supporting you throughout your journey.
Real Estate Registration Certificate with QLD Office of Fair Trading is required or willingness to obtain one before commencement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
