At Busy Bees at Cameron Grove, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children thrive and educators feel valued. We’re seeking a qualified Casual Educator to bring energy, adaptability, and initiative to our service, supporting up to 94 children.

Whether stepping in for short-notice shifts or covering planned leave, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every child feels supported and inspired to learn.

Your Impact as a Casual Educator- Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with daily routines and transitions- Deliver and assist with play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements- Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to each shift

What You’ll Bring- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams- Current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
