Whether stepping in for short-notice shifts or covering planned leave, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every child feels supported and inspired to learn.

Your Impact as a Casual Educator

  • Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with daily routines and transitions
  • Deliver and assist with play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to each shift

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
