This Government organisation is currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their supporting and hard-working team on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension. They are located in Sydney CBD and offer some WFH options.

**Your new role**

The Learning Management System (LMS) and Web Content Support Officer is responsible for administrative tasks for the online learning platforms managed by the Quality Use of Medicines program, and for providing administrative support and assistance in maintaining website content across a number of platforms. This role will also facilitate content and technical updates using a content management system (CMS). The role works closely with the customer service team, the Quality Use of Medicines Policy and Content, eHealth and Medication Safety, and Communication teams. The role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The role will be responsible for assisting with user enquiries, troubleshooting problems, maintenance of user accounts, courses, and certificates, and will create reports for stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience and at least 2/3 years as a LMS Coordinator
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining LMS
- Strong experience administering learning management platforms and other web-based technology solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills including customer service experience with both stakeholders and learners.
- Highly developed organisational skills to plan and track support, updates and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyse issues and identify solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to prepare high quality documents and submissions, present to a range of audiences, and explain complex technical issues simply
