**YOU ARE...**
- Obsessed with SEO. You live and breathe this stuff.
- Excited to run SEO campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the world
- Can set up and manage highly targeted B2B PPC campaigns (Linkedin, Google Ads)
- A marketing analytics evangelist (Reputable certifications are a plus)
- Excited to run SEO for an industry leader who has a DR of 62 and a thought leader who is constantly cranking out content
- Have tested the Skyscrapper SEO technique for clients
- Seasoned with at least 10+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, Website Management and Content Marketing.
- Experienced in creating SEO briefs for writers.
- Can confidently manage and run a content calendar.
- Love Conversion Rate Optimization

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- You will create SEO briefs & strategies for our enterprise clients and implement them to help drive organic traffic to their SEO content based on their podcasts.
- You will report monthly on web analytics & seek out areas for optimization and growth.
- You will be championing efficient PPC campaign optimizations to scale
- You will work with our brilliant marketing strategist to implement ideas and tactics.
- You will consistently identify trending keywords Content Allies & our clients should be ranking for and get this into our content pipeline.
- You will work with SEO Vendors, Media Partners & Contractors to gather backlinks and provide support.
- You will be using tools like Hotjar and Google Optimize to create multivariate tests and optimize website UX for visitor segments

**OUTCOMES**
- If you choose to join us, these would be your goals for the year:

- Develop link exchanges/guest posts with other podcast authority figures as required
- Can acquire 5+ DR 60 backlinks per month organically
- Publish 52 pieces of content alongside Jake-Jorgovan
- Help us refine and optimize our SEO service offering for clients to deliver "Up and to the right" traffic charts for our clients
- Contribute to the development of our Content Listen Ad Network

**WHAT WE OFFER / COMPENSATION**
This role is meant to be staffed by a non-US team member. Compensation will vary depending on experience. Upon achieving the 10x traffic benchmark, you will receive an additional financial bonus.
