Our client is a leading academic institution committed to excellence in research, teaching, and engagement. As part of their digital transformation journey to enhance operational efficiency and, an opportunity for a Salesforce Data Analyst has opened to join their dynamic team within the Digital Products space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the institution to provide critical data analysis, documentation, mappings, and reporting for initiatives aimed at optimizing their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document data models and analyze source-to-target data mappings to support ongoing platform enhancements.
- Utilize expertise in SQL and/or Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) to query and manipulate data from relational databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, and pre-processing techniques to maintain high-quality data standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making processes and refine business requirements.
- Document processes, perform solution validation, and provide support during the implementation of data-related solutions.

What will help you be successful in this role:

- Proven track record in documenting data models and specifying mappings between current and prospective models.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or SOQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Experience of data analysis with Salesforce and Oracle in Higher Education, Insurance or WorkSafe is highly desirable.
