We're seeking several Salesforce Business Analysts to join leading consultancy on a contract basis.

Key Details

  • Location: Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane
  • Work Type: Contract (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
  • Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline Security Clearance

Contract Terms

  • 2 roles: Until 30 June 2026 (with extension potential)
  • 7 roles: Until 31 March 2026 (with extension potential)

About The Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve business processes. You'll play a key role in shaping technical solutions, driving efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and refine business needs, translating them into clear technical specifications
  • Use BPMN to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development
  • Facilitate workshops and maintain strong communication across business and technical teams
  • Use Azure DevOps (or similar tools) to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals
  • Leverage your Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud a bonus) to support solution design and delivery

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
  • Experience with BPMN, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and fast-paced environments
