- **NDIS Background**: Strong understanding of NDIS processes and systems.
- **Rostering Experience**: Previous experience in rostering is highly regarded.
- **Administrative Skills**: High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- **Clearances**: NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC), Working with Children Check (WWCC), and ability to undergo a police check.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the management and operational teams.
- Maintain and update client records and databases in compliance with NDIS requirements.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff rosters.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance and audit documentation.
- Support participant onboarding processes, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by management.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in an administrative or office support role. NDIS or disability services experience is highly regarded.
- **Skills**: Strong organisational, time-management skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attitude**: A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
- **NDIS Knowledge**: Familiarity with NDIS processes is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check (preferred).

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.51 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
