**Position: Field Sales Administration (FSA)**

**Duration: Long term contract**

**Location : Sydney & Melbourne**

**Please note**: This role is an office-based role. Whilst there may be an opportunity for some work from home, this will be at the discretion of management. The applicant should be willing to work from our corporate offices for a minimum of 3 days per week. 5 days in office may also be required.

**Skills Required**:

- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management internally and customers.
- Ability to work as a team player and to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality.
- Experience working within a high-technology business environment is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to work with all stakeholders, professionally at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Team Support:

- Order management and tracking from order submission by customer through to fulfilment.
- Pipeline accuracy on behalf of sales team
- Deal ID / Opportunity management with Account Management team
- Ad hoc reporting as per Management team
- Data Account Management
- Account clean-ups/transfers at monthly and quarterly change windows
- Providing regular account reports to Account Managers
