**About the Role**

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented **Sales Administrator** to join our team. Reporting to our Senior Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a background in MYOB, and experience in the import/export sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

Sales Administration
- Accurately process customer orders, generate invoices, MYOB AccountRight.
- Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Oversee logistics, including international shipments and inventory management, while keeping customers informed.
- Resolve shipment issues promptly, maintaining a customer-first approach.
- General Office Administration

**What We're Looking For**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong customer service skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A team player who takes ownership of tasks and consistently meets deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight ((Preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience in import/export business processes is required (Preferred but not essential)

**Role Details**
- Part-Time: Minimum of 30 hours per week, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
- Full-Time: Standard full-time hours available for those seeking a full commitment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 2 years (required)
- experince MYOB AccountRight or simular software package: 1 year (required)
