**About the team**:
We are seeking talent for a growing online meal kit delivery business. The team is close-knit and agile, with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sustainable growth and learning a lot along the way.

**About the role**:
In this permanent role you will report into the Sourcing and Logistics Lead, your key focus will be to work with a group supplier to ensure strong availability within this fast-paced environment This role is also charged with driving end to end optimisation of supply chain by identifying and delivering efficiencies and cost reduction.

As a Supply Planner, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to solve supply network operational issues across distribution and transport.

You’ll also:

- Partner with internal logistics teams to deliver supply performance KPIs and prepare contingency plans in the event of unknown supply delays.
- Manage and be accountable for a growing business function with significant spend, delivering aggressive targeted reductions year on year.
- Influence and work cross functionally with distribution centres, transport providers and supply chain operations to help improve service levels.
- Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain and manage the implementation of initiatives.

**About you and your skills**:
This is an exciting opportunity with the ability to have genuine impact in the work you will do. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience in a Supply Planning role, with developed planning and analytical skills
- Strong analytical and data management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, where process optimisation is a focus
- Advanced problem-solving capability, with the ability to question process and come up with ideas to mitigate supply risks
- Experience in managing supply chain network models and system levers to achieve supply metrics
- A high proficiency for communication, catering for a variety of stakeholder levels including vendors and internal stakeholders
