Our client is adding to its team and seeks a
**Supply Chain and Logistics Support Administration **professional
***to maintain the smooth operation of the domestic and international supply chain and logistics functions for their busy business. This position is an integral part of the company’s growth and supports their logistics co-ordinators and traders with contract execution from end to end, tracking deliveries, overseeing costings and supply chain in accordance with company guidelines.

Here you will be exposed to all administration, recordkeeping and data entry for the smooth execution of sales into the domestic and international market.

This role will have you processing and entering purchases and sales contract/invoice details into the company Netsuite system, preparing, sorting and updating shipping documents and schedules, monitoring and informing relevant supply chain stakeholders, tracking contract execution and deliveries and coordinating data analysis of supply chain costings. This varied role will also offer you the opportunity to liaise with supply chain stakeholders and co-ordinate visits to service providers.

This role will suit a proactive individual that has strong communication and organisation skills, is able to work within a team environment and confidently work to deadlines along with being able to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

Intermediate Microsoft office suite knowledge essential, Netsuite experience desirable along with some experience and knowledge of the supply chain processes. Tertiary qualified recent graduates are welcome to apply.
