Accounts Officer required to start immediately for a global and ASX Listed company in the heart of the Melbourne CBD
**The Company**
Seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Officer to join a prestigious and ASX listed Technology company situated in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. This company is known for providing exceptional services on a global scale.
With immediate availability, you will play a crucial role in providing transactional support, ensuring accurate Processing, Payroll administration, handling financial reporting responsibilities, and being readily available for ad-hoc duties when required.
Your contributions will be critical to the finance team throughout the Christmas Period.
**The Role**
Reporting to the CFO, some typical duties will involve:
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable
- Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Assisting with Payroll administration
- Engaging in Cash flow management across international bank accounts
- Playing a key role in preparing monthly and annual budgets, and reporting on variances
- Undertaking ad-hoc finance tasks, assisting in any process improvement
- Maintaining meticulous records in our clients accounting system

**Your Profile**
The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Experience and quick adaption to Systems
- Experience and working knowledge of NetSuite
- Excel Skills and prior ERP preferred
- Drive for success and eagerness to pursue a career in finance
- Excellent Numeracy Skills
- Ability to reach deadlines and hit KPI's
- Able to start immediately
- Work independently or in a team
