Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible processing end-to-end Accounts Payable and assisting the team when required.

If you are immediately available to join a friendly team in an ongoing temp position, this would be a great opportunity

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

- Purchase order processing
- Processing invoices
- Manage Approvals
- Preparing Payment Runs
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Vendor Maintenance
- Accounts payable inbox management
- Support the Finance Team when required

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking an ongoing temp position with a quick start.

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven 2 years' experience as an Accounts Payable officer. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- 'End-to-end' Accounts Payable experience
- Prior exposure to ERP System 'Microsoft Dynamics 365' or similar
- Understand Cost Centres and workflows for ERP systems
- Comprehensive Knowledge in excel skills
- Able to start immediately
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Work independently or within a team

Inter-personal, communication and approachability skills are directly linked to your potential success within this role.
