**About Us**

Questas Group operates throughout Australia and employs 850+ people. Questas Group is a group of diverse industrial companies providing design, sales, trade retail, service & repair, installation & commissioning and large scale projects across hydraulic, irrigation, pump and engine product lines to the mining, construction, agricultural and general industrial sectors.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Accurate and timely payroll processing for weekly and monthly pay runs across multiple entities.
- Reviewing and processing of timesheets.
- Creating and maintaining employee payroll master files.
- Preparation of employee documentation, including employment agreements and changes in employment entitlements.
- Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries.
- Preparation, reconciliation and payment of PAYG and superannuation.
- Calculation of termination, back pay and one off payments and adjustments.
- Preparation, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax.
- Provide various reports as necessary for management and accountants.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

- At least three years' payroll experience, ideally within a multi-entity business.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience with large Payroll systems (Meridien or Kronos desirable).
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work unsupervised.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- An understanding of the Fair Work Industrial Relations System including the NES & Modern Awards.
