**The role**: Detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the team on a 12-month contract. Using ADP Global View, you will be responsible for day-to-day transaction processing for Payroll activities and assisting the Payroll Team Manager with workload management, assisting associates in transaction processing and conducting data & process analysis as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely completion and accuracy of Payroll processing, including superannuation.Setup new starters in the relevant HR and payroll systems
- Maintain accurate employee records in both Payroll / HR / Finance Software
- Troubleshoot & solve any payroll issues
- Calculate payroll taxes and FBT
- Ensure superannuation payments are made on time
- Provide an enhanced level of customer service

**Experience required**:

- 3+ years' experience in payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in the Advertising industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Experience with outsourced payrolls and management of multiple companies’ payrolls.
