- Payroll Officer (part-time)- A key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for payroll processing, reporting and responding to payroll related employee queries. The client group size is approximately 120 employees, split into one fortnightly pay run and two monthly pay runs. Ideally, we are looking for a customer-focused individual to join the team 2 days per week, in a hybrid work mode, with a work schedule that is flexible and fits around the three pay runs and associated reporting deadlines.**More about the role**:

- Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for 120 salaried and hourly employees
- Process all new starter, change to employment and termination documentation in line with fortnightly and monthly payroll processing deadlines.
- Calculation of, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and WorkCover compensation payments
- Prepare fortnightly, monthly, period end and end of financial year reports
- Address payroll queries promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain internal payroll procedures and systems

**More about you**
- Prior experience in a standalone Payroll Officer, or similar, capacity
- Experience using Employment Hero and/or ADP payroll systems advantageous
- High emotional intelligence, team player and customer orientation
- Strong attention to detail, methodical approach and comfort working to deadlines
- Demonstrates and/or the ability to grow into the Sonova Leadership Principles (Be a Curious Learner, Embrace and Lead Change, Persevere to Win, Drive Customer Value Through Innovation, Excel Through Continuous Improvement and Prioritize and Focus)
