**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - WEST PERTH**

Are you passionate about animals and love helping people? Vetpartners is looking for enthusiastic and experienced customer service professionals to join our friendly Central Reception team in our brand-new West Perth premises.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Answering inbound calls and helping clients with bookings and enquiries
- Making outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Scheduling across multiple veterinary hospitals
- Handling complaints with care and problem-solving skills
- Supporting with data entry and general admin tasks

**Who You Are**

We’re looking for **empathetic, people-loving problem-solvers** who:

- Have previous experience in customer service
- Are clear, confident communicators (especially on the phone)
- Are tech-savvy and great with detail
- Stay calm and compassionate under pressure
- Love working in a team and are always keen to learn
- Are reliable, adaptable, and take pride in doing a great job

**Bonus points if you have experience in a veterinary, medical, or animal-related field**
