APG Workforce are currently seeking Customer Service Representative for a 3- month contract within a Lithgow Government Sector.

**Pay Rate**:
$32.69 ph + Super

**Availability**
**required**:

- Office based role located in Lithgow
- The successful contractors will be working on a 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

**Requirements/Skills prior to starting**:

- WWCC & Police Check
- 2 References from past employment
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
- Sales experience would be highly regarded, however contact centre, education or some kind of high volume based work experience is a must
- Excellent customer service skills/experience
- Reliable and available to fulfil the above requirements
- Used to working in a high volume operating environment, experience using telephony, CRM highly regarded.
- Previous contact centre experience highly regarded. Customer service experience.
- Tech savvy individuals as TAFE use up to 6 systems at one time - Proven experience on resume required.
- Motivation to work in a contract role must be checked prior to starting
