**The role**:
As an Executive Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director in managing complex calendars, coordinating correspondence, and handling critical tasks with professionalism and confidentiality. Your impeccable attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges will be instrumental to the role and to support the Senior Director's success in driving the organisation forward. You will provide seamless operations and foster efficient communications to senior key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide project support functions and assist with conducting research, analysing data, and providing strategic insights.
**The successful person**:
You will possess a combination of essential skills that will enable you to excel in supporting the Senior Directive effectively. You will be a proactive, self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities allow you to collaborate effectively at all levels. Being detail-orientated will be crucial within this role, as you will manage confidential tasks, prepare critical documents, and coordinate meetings. In addition, you will be proficient in the use of contemporary computerised systems.
