Main responsibilities

**For this role, we will consider how well you**:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate the day-to-day workflow activities of the office of the Executive Director by providing high quality executive support.
- Assist in the management of corporate systems, including risk management; project management; performance management; and dashboard reporting.
- Provide professional and confidential executive support to the Executive Director, including the management and coordination of appointments, organise meetings (including minuting), itineraries, travel and accommodation.
- Undertake a diverse range of activities and administrative support duties across the Curriculum Services Division as required.
- Coordinate and maintain effective filing and information retrieval systems, including electronic document management systems.
- Undertake research into routine matters and report on findings including the preparation of correspondence for executive signature.
- Provide general administrative support to assist the branch to function effectively by liaising with stakeholders, purchasing goods, updating databases and participating in meetings.
- Undertake other relevant duties as directed by the Executive Director.
