
Executive Support Officer

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with HWQld core values.
- Provide confidential advice and executive support to the Director, Strategy and Policy and Director, Communications and Engagement in a complex, fast-paced, high-pressured and sensitive working environment.
- Liaise with the Strategy and Policy and Communications and Engagement teams to facilitate the timely provision of appropriate advice and action and prepare documentation or arrangements to effectively execute the requirements of the Directors.
- Work in conjunction with and liaise with Executive Officer and Executive Support Officers of the Chief Executive, the Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer to support the flow of information and coordination of the HWQld leadership team.
- Facilitate team meetings as required.
- Maintain effective working relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary information and clarify issues.
- Stay informed on a wide range of policies and delegation levels which include financial, procurement and human resource procedures.
- Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
- Actively participate in a team environment and contribute to a positive culture, where team members enjoy coming to work, and understand the contributions their role plays in the success of business outcomes.
It will be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19.
