We are seeking an **Administration Officer** to join our team to assist in us delivering these objectives.
Vardir is a fast paced, multi-faceted, value driven organisation doing rewarding and important work for our clients.

**Details**:
**Travel**: This role may require travel to remote locations.
**Status**: This job is part-time position 15 - 22.5 office hours per week. Six Month Contract with possibility of extension
**Location**:Alvan Street, Mount Lawley.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the office area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Scheduling client meetings
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting agendas as required
- Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, mail, accounts payable and record keeping
**Essential skills and experience**:
- Experience in dealing with sensitive and challenging public enquiries by telephone and face to face.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects/meetings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clear information to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
- Report writing experience.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively and communicate with numerous small teams.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with initiative.

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICIATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Current Senior First Aid Training
- Experience with Xero Accounting software
