**Operational Supervision and Coordination**:
Oversee and manage daily business activities, ensuring efficient workflows across design, construction, and project teams. Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders to support project timelines and office operations.
**Administrative and Financial Management**:
Manage administrative processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, contracts, and procurement, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with company policies, client expectations, and relevant regulations.
**Staff Performance and Resource Allocation**:
Assign tasks, monitor staff performance against KPIs and project deadlines, and conduct regular feedback sessions, training, and performance reviews to ensure the team meets project milestones and quality standards.
**Office and Facility Organization**:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped office space, ensuring necessary supplies and equipment are readily available. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and site-related operations to maintain a professional work environment.
**Product Procurement and Vendor Relations**:
Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries to project sites. Logistics experience in Vietnamese and Chinese markets will be highly favored.
**Budgeting and Cost Control**:
Develop and manage project and operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control across all activities, keeping records of spending in line with approved financial estimates.
**Regulatory Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards through regular audits, safety training, and implementation of safety protocols for both office and site-based teams. Keep the team informed of legislative changes impacting operations.
**Recruitment and Talent Development**:
Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees, working closely with department heads to provide tailored training programs and facilitate professional development across design and construction teams.
**Marketing and Business Development Support**:
Assist in managing marketing strategies and project promotion, contributing to the creation of promotional materials, social media updates, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance business visibility and secure new opportunities.
**Multilingual Communication**:
Proficiency in Vietnamese or Chinese as a first or second language will be highly favored to support both internal communication within the team and external communication with suppliers, clients, and contractors from key international markets.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Mount Lawley, WA 6050: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
