Manage all financial aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with Reckon & Xero accounting standards
- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including credit card reconciliation and bank account reconciliation
- Enter supplier invoices and invoice clients promptly and accurately
- Conduct month-end reconciliations for all accounts and bank accounts
- Record all financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Process staff pays and monitor/reconcile customer accounts
- Maintain and update client purchase lists
- Manage front desk duties and book in clients as needed
- PR or Citizenship Requirment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- Xero: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
