Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to become an integral part of our friendly and hardworking team.

About the Role: As a key member of our parts department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and supplying parts to customers and internal workshop staff
  • Interpreting parts from manuals, catalogues, and electronic systems
  • Providing accurate quotes and availability information
  • Managing stock levels, ordering parts, and receiving deliveries
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of the workshop

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial parts preferred)
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to source and identify parts efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with parts software systems
  • A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
