As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in our customer service department, helping our valued clients find the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, identifying the correct parts, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a permanent full time Automotive Parts Specialist to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inbound phone & online sales processing
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

**Skills & experience**
- Exceptional communication skills
- A customer service champion
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
- Well presented
- Great phone manner
- Ability to influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
