**Position: Executive Advisor**

**Sectors: Transport Infrastructure and Power & Utilities**

**Location: Sydney**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advisory services to clients in the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors, guiding them through project planning, execution, and management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices to develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for optimization, risk mitigation, and cost-effective strategies.
- Lead high-level discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies to provide forward-looking advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience (10+ years) in the Commercial Construction industry with a strong focus on the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors.
- Proven track record of providing strategic advisory services, managing complex projects, and delivering tangible results.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
