**The Advisor's key responsibilities are**:

- Injury and illness case management services for ill or injured employees, in collaboration with managers, treating medical practitioners, QSuper and WorkCover.* Contribute to the development of new wellbeing, injury management and return to work practices, policies and procedures across the department.* Assist local management and staff: - investigate specific claims (statutory claims, QSuper claims) - in workplace rehabilitation and return to work processes, case management and availability of employee assistance and support services.* Support staff referrals to the department's health and wellbeing programs such as early intervention and workplace intervention support.* Support delivery of key programs in the department's mental health and wellbeing framework.

**You will also be required to**:

- Foster and build relationships across the organisation, including brokering services from the wider P&C teams by working collaboratively across all areas of P&C to build internal capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.* Build professional client relationships to create working partnerships across the region to facilitate quality PHW practices throughout the department
