Lumination is an immersive technology company on a mission to revolutionise the way we teach, learn and work.

We provide immersive technology solutions to Education, Government, Defence and Enterprise. Our focus is on the use of technology to disrupt the traditional classroom, through immersive reality learning and extended reality training simulations.

Reporting to the Education Program Manager (SA), our Learning Lab Mentor will work face to face with our students and teachers in our state-of-the-art immersive educational facilities, Lumination Learning Labs. This role will be delivering innovative and curriculum aligned incursions, professional development sessions and holiday programs.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Supporting the implementation of our state-of-the-art Lumination Learning Labs in schools by supporting student incursions, lab launch events and other professional learning sessions
- Delivering workshop content at internal and external events
- Supporting teacher professional development sessions at the Adelaide Lumination Learning Lab locations
- Having fun with students, teachers and cutting edge technology
- Seeing the real-world impact of how technology can revolutionise the learning experience
- Enjoying a flexible working environment in a fast growing EdTech scale up

**To impress us you’ll need**:

- A passion for inspiring students in the K-12 sector and for technology
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate sessions with a range of students and personalities
- The ability to confidently facilitate student groups in an interactive environment
- A basic knowledge of coding
- To be studying or have finished studying in a field such as Education, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar)
- Own car and driver's license is preferred
- A current Working With Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
- A current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
