Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialists with strong passion in digital advertising on social platforms and SEO to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for clients' marketing budget by developing and executing strategies to maximise their market opportunities and pricing, promoting their products and services by their online presence, create and drive traffic to landing pages, and ultimately boost conversions. Your role requires working independently, as well as supporting and driving other team members to deliver all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO optimisation to content strategy, and campaign management. You will have opportunities to learn the latest market technolgise in AI and automatin to help maximise your performance by leveraging our company IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and key phrase research and analyse competitor performance to identify market opportunities and maximise return on marketing spend and efforts.
- Develop landing pages to suit marketing campaigns.
- Optimise website content, including on-page SEO, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking strategies.
- Proactively plan, monitor, and report on Marketing spend results, website traffic, user engagement, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

- Marketing, commerce, or business related qualification or studying towards.
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of SEO algorithms, use of tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiar with PPC campaigns and paid social media is a plus.
- Event managemet (co-ordination)

- Quality focused - deliver outcomes in high quality in the eyes of our clients with self-checking mindset.
- Excellent in communication - able to talk and explain things in simple terms.
- Abilities in other languages will be a highly preferred advantage.
- Abilities to use all Social Platforms, as well as WeChat and Xiaohongshu are a preferred advantage.
- Willing to work at flexible hours.
- Willing to travel for client and team meetings nationally and internationally as required.
- Willing to attend promotional, social and networking events as required.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Always willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Continuous improvement mindset - all work has to be documented, and repeatable activities must be automated or eliminated.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
