**The Opportunity**:
**Any given day may see you**
- Manage end to end accounts payable invoicing
- Manage queries and invoices sent to accounts inboxes
- Distribution of supplier invoices to various platforms for importation
- Review of invoices and distribution to relevant approvers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Communication with external suppliers
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Maintain supplier details
- Raising weekly, monthly and ad hoc payments
- Creating job numbers for bookings
- Facilitate payment between internal entities
- Finance and Ad hoc administration tasks as directed by Financial Controller

**Here’s what we are looking for**
- Minimum two years’ previous experience with end to end accounts payable
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Positive phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and work against competing deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team and autonomously
