**Client Profile**

Owning and operating a diverse portfolio of premium hotels in Australia and South-East Asia, our client understands how to blend sophistication, style and quirky touches in their hotels. Accommodation for modern day traveler, each property is unique, contemporary and well placed in the market.

The General Manager is responsible for leading the team across this boutique operation to ensure high-quality service, presentation and offerings are delivered to the highest standard. The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation as well as the ability to motivate a team, and an ongoing drive to identify opportunities to improve and raise the hotel's position.

It is a true hands-on leadership role, allowing the General Manager to be the driving force behind all aspects of the hotel. Surrounded by a great team, you will be enabled to shape the direction of the hotel and build on its ongoing success.
- Experience as a GM in a similar luxury boutique setting, or
- A highly capable and motivated 2IC
- Genuinely hands-on in approach
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- A modern-day leader who promotes inclusion and individuality
- Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
