We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of national expansion, and we’re looking for a results-driven Hotel Manager to join us at our only QLD property, Punthill Spring Hill

Reporting directly to the Group Director of Operations in Melbourne, you’ll be part of the small but dedicated operations team, including Front Office Manager (Super Host), GSAs (Local Hosts), Housekeepers, Maintenance Handyperson and BDM (new role currently in recruitment).

Punthill Spring Hill is a serviced apartment hotel with 70 spacious (41m2) studio and superior studio apartments, each with fully equipped kitchen facilities. The hotel has:

- Onsite Parking
- Easy access to Public Transport

**Your Role**:
In addition to managing the hotel’s operations, compliance and bottom-line revenue, you’ll have the primary focus of driving top-line revenue to the hotel by exploring warm & cold leads and building local relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.

You’ll be focused on exceeding profit targets, know the ins and outs of your hotel’s performance at any given time, and work closely with our centralised revenue, sales, finance & HR team, who will help you achieve targets.

This is a true Business Operator role, where responsibilities are similar to running your own local boutique business: hands-on but with a commercial focus above operations.
