My client is a leading provider of architectural hardware solutions, is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development / Territory Manager to join our established team and manage our client base in Sydney's western suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous architectural hardware industry experience and a track record of dealing with cabinet makers and joiners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cabinet makers, joiners, and other industry professionals within the assigned territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring the needs of our clients are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with the internal sales and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in the architectural hardware industry, with a focus on cabinet makers and joiners
- Strong track record of business development, territory management, and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Current driver's license, with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paramatta NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Relationship management (preferred)
