Tired of the typical sales gig? Want to be part of building something special? We’re Keim Australia. We’re obsessed with paint. But not just any paint—we’re talking high-performance, natural, sustainable mineral paints that look incredible and are genuinely good for the planet. Some of our finishes last over 100 years. No joke. We have a 147-year global legacy, but our Sydney team is building our next chapter from the ground up. Think: the stability of a world-class brand, with the energy and vibe of a start-up. **Is This You?** You’re a "people person" through and through. You’re a natural connector, a great listener, and the one your friends trust for advice. You get a genuine buzz from helping someone’s vision come to life. You’re passionate (or at least _really_ curious) about colour, interior design, and sustainability. You’re organised, tech-savvy, and love the idea of becoming a true expert in your field. Most of all, you want to join a team where you’re not just a number—you’re a key player. **The Role**: We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Champion to be the heart and soul of our **brand-new** Sydney showroom. You’ll be the first, friendly point of contact for everyone from high-end architects and designers to tradies and passionate DIY-ers. This isn’t a cold-calling-from-a-cubicle job. You’ll be solving problems, building relationships, and guiding customers to the perfect solution for their projects. **What You’ll Actually Be Doing**: - **Be the Showroom Star**: Welcome customers into our new space, make them feel at home, and be their expert guide (don't worry, we'll teach you _everything_). - **Build the Vibe**: Proactively follow up with customers, check in on their projects, and build the kind of genuine relationships that create loyal fans. - **Own the Journey**: Keep our CRM system clean and organised, ensuring every customer has a seamless experience from first chat to final delivery. - **Be a Creative Problem-Solver**: Handle any hiccups with a cool head and a "we'll sort this" attitude. - **Be a Core Team Player**: Work closely with our tight-knit crew, share ideas, support your teammates, and help us make Keim the go-to name in sustainable design. **What You’ll Bring to the Table**: - A genuine passion for making customers happy. - Some experience in a role where you deal with people (retail, hospitality, customer service—it all counts). - You’re tech-savvy and a quick learner on new systems (like our CRM). - Amazing communication skills—you can chat confidently with anyone. - You’re super organised and have a hawk-eye for the details. - A positive, "let's do this" attitude. - **Bonus Points (but not deal-breakers)**: You've worked with building materials, paint, or in a design-related field before. **Why You’ll Love It Here (The Perks & The Promise)**: - **Be a Foundational Member**: This isn't a 'cog in the wheel' job. You’ll be a key part of our core Sydney team, helping to shape our culture and success from the ground up. - **Sell a Product You're Genuinely Proud Of**: No "greenwashing." Just world-class, sustainable products that architects and designers geek out over. - **Real Growth & Mentorship**: We’re a growing team, which means huge opportunities for you. We’re invested in your success and will build a career path _with_ you. - **A-Grade Team. Zero Drama**: Join a supportive, hands-on, and inclusive crew. We’re all-in, we love what we do, and we help each other out. - **Work in a Brand-New Creative Space**: You'll be based in our new, design-led showroom and training hub—a place you'll actually _want_ to come to every day. **Sound like your vibe?** If you’re excited about design, passionate about people, and ready to build a career with a brand you can be proud of, we want to hear from you. Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
