**Join Our Team: Service Support Agent**

If so, you could be the ideal addition to our team As a Service Support Agent at The Lighting Outlet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our standard of customer care.

**Your Role**:
As a Service Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our customer and sales operations, undertaking responsibilities such as:

- Resolving customer issues effectively.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Assisting in the end-to-end sales process, supporting our Channel Managers
- Manage and process product returns through our online ticketing system.
- Analyse product issues to ensure continuous improvement in quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service in handling returns and inquiries.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify trends and suggest improvements.

**What We're Looking For**
- You have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service roles.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident in communication and decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.

**Location** Join us at our office in Matraville, where innovation meets ambition.

**Employment Type** Full-time position.

**Salary and Benefits**
- A competitive salary package between $65,000 to $75,000 plus Superannuation ( not included).
